Legacy Comix is proud to announce the upcoming release of Brooklyn Bleeds, a new zombie-inspired comic by writer Patrick Hickey Jr. and artist Carl Antonowicz.
Following the exploits of Turgeon, an energetic Chow Chow, Brooklyn Bleeds is a zombie comic that should have been written years ago but never was. A combination of classic zombie lore and beloved comics and films the likes of Beasts of Burden and Homeward Bound, Brooklyn Bleeds is a more than different take on undead fiction.
“Carl is an amazing artist and this script is a fun, yet surreal one that is a twist on the zombie formula,” Hickey said. “No one ever talks about how animals are affected by a zombie apocalypse, so this allowed us to do some really neat and intriguing things.”
Brooklyn Bleeds is scheduled for a Fall 2022 release, stay tuned for more details on this exciting new entry from Legacy Comix.
