Legacy Comix is proud to announce a partnership with Comics Curing Cancer, an official fundraising platform for the American Cancer Society. A portion of the proceeds of the new book, The Job: Dark Matches and a Digital-Exclusive edition of Condrey #4, both of the featured books of this fundraising campaign will feature covers by artist and podcaster Phil Maenza.
“These are two special books, with a special cover artist and for a special cause,” Legacy Comix owner Patrick Hickey Jr. said. “We’ve wanted to work with Phil for quite some time and with his experience with CCC, it was just a natural fit. We hope to raise a lot of money for people in need and raise awareness. As a husband with a wife battling breast cancer, this is an important alliance for me. We can’t wait for everyone to check out these two books this Fall.”
“Comics Curing Cancer is excited to have the opportunity to partner with Legacy Comix on these books to help raise awareness and funding for the American Cancer Society,” Comics Curing Cancer’s Rob M said.

About Comics Curing Cancer:
Comics Curing Cancer (C3) is an official campaign of The American Cancer Society (ACS). Through a myriad of efforts, the focus of C3 is to raise funds to support the ACS and their efforts in cancer research, education, outreach, and patient family support.
Cancer is the ultimate supervillain, affecting virtually every one of us, but together we have proven you don’t have to be a superhero to save lives. In the three years since C3 was founded, Comics Curing Cancer, with the help of the Comic Book Community, has raised over $80,000 for the American Cancer Society.
